💡 Pro Tips
- • For machine exercises, enter the total weight you want to lift. The calculator will show the plates to load on the single weight stack.
- • Always load the heaviest plates first (closest to the center on a barbell).
- • Use collars to secure plates (add ~2.5 kg total on a barbell).
- • Standard Olympic bar = 20 kg, Women's = 15 kg.
